Thai Massage

While wearing loose clothing, you lay on a comfortable, sometimes heated, Thai Massage mat on the floor while the Thai Massage Practitioner moves your body into postures similar to yoga and compresses your muscles to relieve tension. Thai Massage can feel incredibly relaxing while your body moves and flows into each position, so much so that you may even fall asleep. The client will be moved into a variety of positions from sitting cross legged to access the tension in the shoulders and neck, to laying on your side, to laying on your stomach with lots of props and pillows to make sure the entire experience is as comfortable as possible. Each posture and position is chosen with your unique bodily needs in mind.
