What is Workplace Wellness Thai Massage?

Many companies and employers have a budget for programs, such as workplace wellness, which allows them to hire practitioners to come treat the employees to health benefits directly in the workplace. The entire Thai Massage set up requires at least 10 x 10 foot space to allow for the mat and other equipment. A private space is best so the employee can relax and get the full benefits of the Thai Massage.

What if an employee is sick that day?

Ms Jane has a policy to not work on any people who are contagious or sick on the day of treatment. It is up to the employer to find a replacement for that sick employee. No refunds will be given for schedule Workplace Wellness Thai Massages that are scheduled but not attended by staff.

How many employees can you massage in a day?

It depends on the length of each treatment, which the employer decides with guidance from Ms Jane. For a 4hr booking, the maximum amount would be 6 employees for 30min, which allows for cleaning and reseting the space between each one.

You can book a maximum of 8hrs/day, which would allow 10 employees to receive a 40min Thai Massage and for a meal break for Ms Jane.

Do you charge a deposit for Workplace Wellness?

Yes, a deposit of 50% is required when booking a Workplace Wellness Thai Massage. As well, you will be asked to put a credit card on file for the booking so that full payment can be made after all the Thai Massages are complete.

Do we pay for travel time?

The client does not pay for travel time, nor for the time it takes to load in and set up. Ms Jane only charges for the time spent in session with your employees, as well as the time it takes to replenish the space and themselves between each session.

Will you do multiple days in a row to cover all the staff?

Yes, we can book multiple days in a row to make sure all your staff have equal opportunity to receive their Thai Massage. This also allows for flexible scheduling, so that more employees are able to take advantage of this wonderful workplace wellness offering.
